COURTNEY YOUNG

Hi, I'm Courtney. I'm a comedy writer and screenwriter based in Philadelphia. I currently work in the local Philadelphia film industry, having worked on TV shows for AMC, Hulu, and Apple TV+ along with a movie for STX Entertainment. While that's my day job, my dream job is to be a screenwriter/comedy writer who maybe stars in her own work from the time to feed that good ole narcissism. I've been published in  Reductress, Points in Case, The Belladonna Comedy, amongst others, and rejected by COUNTLESS publications!  I'm currently working on a spec script of "What We Do in the Shadows", along with jokes pitches, and some more ~serious~ pitches.
